Full Gallop Real Estate’s Distressed Property Division offers comprehensive lender services to banks, mortgage lenders and asset management companies to assist in the sale and preservation of their foreclosed properties.

This unique service covers property analysis, both value and condition provides BPO’s (Broker Price Opinion), and is responsible for listing the bank-owned foreclosures and following through to the sale and closing of the properties.

All listings come into the Full Gallop Distressed Property Division directly from the institutions and are managed by the Division and listed by Full Gallop trained foreclosure specialists.

Short Sale Services

This team of agents specializes in advising and assisting clients in the sale of pre-foreclosure properties. Full Gallop agents are trained to negotiate with lenders and other lien holders, assemble hardship packages and facilitate the transactions through closing.
